At Cotelac, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your customer account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the printed return form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or Cotelac boutique.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
